BootRun. Ladies only fitness classes. These sessions are a combination of run coaching and bootcamp exercises. To run well requires good core strength so the bootcamp exercises improves this while the run coaching improves your running style. Beginners sessions are for those that dont run or run less than 5K

Run Coaching

One to one coaching sessions.
We will look at your running style and fitness, and see how this can be improved. We will also look at warming up, cool down and stretching.
Following the session you will recieve a 4 week traing plan.
Sessions last 1 hour and cost £20
They take place in the Stamford and Bourne area's at a suitable location.
We can also offer video analysis where we can take a more in depth look at how you run, these sessions take place in Essendine and last 1 1/2 hours and cost £35. Following this you will recieve a 4 week training plan.

Coach-led running sessions based in and around local woodlands and green spaces.
Come along and improve your running, through drills, technique and strength work.
Suitable for all abilities.

Bourne Woods, Bourne Lincolnshire - starting at 10.30am Friday mornings and 6.30pm on Thursdays during British Summer Time from the main Car Park. We do a short warm up run/walk of just under a mile before we start the session. Drills are repeated over a short distance before a cool down run back followed by stretching. Sessions last about an hour.
Cost £2 per person.
